LULAC Council #1, the founding council, has been proudly making strides over the past decades on the idea of helping those in need. Since our organization was established, we have endeavored to assist in LULAC's mission to advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, housing, health, and civil rights of the Hispanic population of the United States.
Our council is made up entirely of volunteers. We advocate for those who need our help.
That is why we are especially happy to find new volunteers who share our commitment to doing good in the community. Do not hesitate to contact us, volunteers are always greatly appreciated!
